Congressional hearing considers concept giving native CHamorus the advantage with federal contracts

A Congressional hearing was held today on legislation that would give native CHamorus in Guam and the CNMI a leg-up on federal contracts, just like native Hawaiians and Alaskans. It could pave the way for local companies to effectively compete for billions of dollars in federal business.
