Once in a Blue Moon! Phenomenon in Berlin and Miami

A rare blue moon was visible over the Brandenburg Gate over downtown Miami in Berlin over Saturday night.
It was also visible over downtown Miami on Saturday night.
The phenomenon comes about when a full moon occurs more than normal in a season – it can also occur when a full moon takes place twice in the same month.
