USWNT draw Jill Ellis’ final game despite wild finish | USWNT Highlights

The USWNT’s 17-game winning streak came to an end with a 1-1 draw vs. South Korea in Jill Ellis’ final game as coach. Carli Lloyd scored the equalizer from a Megan Rapinoe corner kick after South Korea took the lead, and the U.S. failed to score in second-half stoppage time despite chances for Mallory Pugh, Christen Press, Carli Lloyd and Jessica McDonald in quick succession. Ellis ends her time in charge of the USWNT as the program’s all-time winningest coach (106 wins) and two World Cup titles (2015, 2019).
